Order Processing & Shipping: 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, excluding holidays.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock. If this happens, your order will be set to backorder status. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. At Cot Medik, we make every effort to fill your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us directly via phone at 631-256-6777, during Eastern time standard business hours, should you need to cancel any transaction in backorder status.

We will ship via our carrier of choice based on cost and transit time consideration. Delivery times will vary based upon shipping address. Please provide an accurate street address to facilitate prompt order delivery.

We ship only to the Continental United States. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO STRETCHERS OR STAIR CHAIRS. Stretchers are shipped at a FLAT RATE of $399.00 each. Stair chairs are shipped at a FLAT RATE of $75.00 each. *See shipping costs chart at the bottom of this page.*

Cancellations/Returns, Customer Refusals & Address Changes:
Requests must be made by phone or email. Please have your order number available.

Order not shipped = Order cancellation. Customer refunded.

Order shipped/Customer refuses delivery = Shipping cost (to and from), plus restocking fee may apply. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount to be issued. (This includes any shipping charges for orders preciously qualified for free shipping.)

Carriers charge additional fees to redirect or reship packages due to an incorrect address. If you enter an incorrect address, this will result in additional cost to you. These charges vary based upon location, timeline and reason for redirect. Contact us right away if you have entered an incorrect address for an order.

You have 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery, to return an item. Order returns must be authorized. Please contact us immediately if return processing is needed. Upon authorization, return shipping address will be provded. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, repacked properly to protect against damage during transit.

Upon receipt, the returned order will be inspected. Provided the order is returned without damage, refund will be issued according to the original payment method minus applicable fees. A restocking fee plus return shipping may be applied to any returns or customer refusals, as needed. Return shipping label can be provided by us. Should you choose to ship back a return without our return label, an established carrier must be chosen. Tracking details, include insurance coverage purchased to cover order value, carrier, tracking number, shipping date and estimated delivery date, must be provided to us, in writing via email or website contact form.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, contact us to notify the need for exchange. Place a new order. The new order will be processed and shipped.

Follow the return process above to return the original item. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a credit, minus any incurred shipping costs.
